Professor Dr. Ali Hamza Assal from the Faculty of law, Karbala University participated in the chairmanship of the discussion Committee for the master’s thesis in criminal law tagged with (crime of electronic begging comparative study), which took place in the Hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas al-Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations.
